Health Coaching involves a series of sessions. I will show you multiple options to make healthier choices in your daily life. Each session will include different topics, such as simple vs. complex carbs, cravings, proteins, good & bad fat, vegetables, low fat & non fat, and much more.
Sessions are taken step-by-step. Some people work well with 2 sessions per month while others may need longer intervals to incorporate changes. We'll work together at a pace which is comfortable for you.
